Covid Policy & Procedures

Our staff’s wellbeing is absolutely crucial to us – we look after them so that they can look after you.

Any customers displaying symptoms of Covid-19 will be refused entry – if in doubt, please stay at home. If you have been abroad, please follow government self-isolation guidelines before visiting Amber Regent.

Upon arrival at Amber Regent, please wait at the front door to be called forward and also use the hand sanitiser provided before entering.

We ask that you wear a mask at all times except when seated at your table and please remain in your social bubble.

We will be collecting customer contact details to help support the track and trace system.

In advance of reopening, we are also introducing further precautions to ensure the safety of both staff and customers.

These include:

▪️ Sanitising surfaces after every meal.
▪️ A clean menu will be provided for each guest.
▪️ We will be introducing new table setting procedures.
▪️ Daily deep-cleaning of common areas.
▪️ Social distancing in common areas.
▪️ Multiple hand sanitising points provided for customer use.
▪️ We have reduced the capacity of the restaurant and will be operating a 1m zone between tables.
▪️ Following government guidelines, the maximum group size is 10.

Parties of 2-3 will have their table for a maximum of 1 hour 30 minutes, parties 4-10 will have their table for a maximum of 2 hours.

We encourage customers to book in advance and adhere to the times of their reservation so that we can manage the number of people in the restaurant at any one time.

A £10 per person deposit will be required for every booking, this will be credited upon settlement of your bill.
